Search the California Regional Multiple Listing Service below for access to available properties on the market right now. If you would like to know about any off-market properties, need a more detailed search or have questions, contact me!
Searching for a property can be tricky. The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is a database that thousands of real estate agents contribute to. Agents can make mistakes while inputting information into the system or leave information out, intentionally or unintentionally. There can also be inaccurate information due to a seller’s or agent’s misunderstanding or miscommunication. Because of this, there may be additional properties that fit your criteria but simply are not showing up, or the search may return properties that appear to match your criteria, but upon closer examination, do not match.
Searching can also be fun but time-consuming, tedious and frustrating. Most people find it easier to have me do the searching for them. There are also properties that are off-market and unavailable to the general public, which only an agent can find for you. Additionally, I am resourceful with a keen eye for detail and can help you use the most ideal negotiation platform available to you when the time comes for you to make an offer!
Apply your search filters (if you are on a mobile device, click the magnifying glass) and take a look at the resulting properties. Take note of the addresses of listing ID numbers of any properties that interest you and then send them to me in the Message field of our Contact Form. This way, I will be able to get a general idea of what you are looking for and discuss any other search criteria you want to include so that I can do a more thorough search for you.
Select “Coming Soon” and “Active”
Select your “Property Type” but NOT the “Sub Type”
Select your Price in the “No Max” field
Select the # of Beds in the “No Min” field
Type in your area(s), separated by commas if multiple, in the “City” field.
Tap “Apply” at the bottom and then select the “Gallery View” icon in the upper right.
If the above approach yields too many results to work with and you have an idea of what areas within the city you would like, tap the “Filters” button at the top and enter in those zip codes, separated by a comma, and it will narrow it down further. Tips:
Tip: On a desktop, click the Gallery View icon at the top of the page (it looks like a four-pane window) to view a full page of thumbnails with small, general descriptions all matching properties. They will show up as Heart icons on your map when you go back to the Map View. You can also use the “Draw” tool on the map to draw around the area you want to search to narrow the choices down even further.
Somewhat Common Issues:
The search form doesn’t load onto the page properly. It seems short and I have to scroll to see all available fields.
On a mobile device, this is normal. On a desktop, this is an issue on the CRMLS technical side. We have no control over this. Scroll to the top of the page, Refresh/Reload the tab in your browser and scroll back down to the Search Form to fix this.
I lost the population of my narrowed down search.
Tap the “Filter” button (magnifying glass on phone) at the top and tap “Apply” again.
I tapped the button to view the pictures in full screen mode and I cannot get back to my populated list.
Scroll to the bottom and tap “Close”.
I tapped the” Virtual Tour” button and I cannot go back to my narrowed down search.
This is because the Virtual Tour button opens a new tab in your browser and takes you to a different site. Either close that tab or tap on our tab in your browser to go back to your search.
